Today, around 7,000 of the private VDE members are students, forming a solid basis for future work. YoungNet, the VDE organization tailored to meet the needs of electrical engineering students, works with young people in a broad range of activities - ranging from helping them choose universities and courses, to providing professional contacts, and obtaining critically important extra qualifications for starting out and getting ahead in a career. Even beyond studies, our commitment continues: We provide an interesting communication and information platform for young engineers as they launch and build their careers.
